End of November Fun

The last few weeks of November have been busy ones but fun ones. Sydney went to a birthday party for one of her friends in the neighborhood and they went to Zootastic Park where they got to feed, hold and touch all kinds of different animals. Shawn took both girls and they said they had a great time. Pictures are below.

For Thanksgiving we stayed home and just had dinner as a family it was really nice. We put up our Christmas tree and are all ready for Christmas.

Sydney lost another tooth. So now she has four missing teeth. I'm hoping that we can have a break from losing teeth. She also ended her first season of soccer. They had a pizza party for the team and then the team all got trophies. We also went bowling with are neighbors with the girls. Sydney has gone before but this was Brooke's first time. She had so much fun. The ball took forever to get to the pins but she had a great time.

We are really busy for the month of December. This weekend we are going to Bryson City, NC for Polar Express train ride in the mountains. The girls can not wait. We are going with our neighbors. The weekend after is Sydney's birthday and she is turning seven. I can not believe she is turning seven. Then the weekend after that we will be getting ready for our trip to Michigan for Christmas. We can not wait to see our families.

Sydney missing her four front teeth. Instead of asking for two front teeth for Christmas she is going to be asking for her four front teeth for Christmas. She looks so cute!

Sydney got a 72 and Brooke got a 38. They both had a lot of fun.

Sydney's Field Trip

Sydney had her first field trip for the year to Asheboro North Carolina Zoo. Brooke and I got to go with her for the day. It was the first time that we all have been there. It was a lot of fun and the weather was great that day.

Sydney has one more soccer game for the season this Saturday. They have only won one game the whole season but they have played their hearts out. She is now in Daisey (which is girl scouts) and she can not wait to sell cookies. So everybody be ready to buy some cookies. She also just got her first report card for first grade and did great. Sydney also lost another tooth. That makes three teeth that she has lost and she as another one that is lose.

Brooke is a BIG girl no more diapers. She is all potty trained except at night she wears a pull-up but I can say that she does not really need them at night either. Will give her a little while longer with the pull-ups at night to make sure but she is doing great with the big girl potty.

Shawn is now a direct employee of Bank of America as of Monday. He is so happy with this job and we are happy for him. I'm doing good also just busy with the girls and I'm watching a couple of kids in the neighborhood so I'm staying busy.

We hope that everybody is doing great and has a Happy Thanksgiving we are staying home for Thanksgiving but will be in Michigan for Christmas.
